30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our red light therapy panels. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
You must contact our customer support team at support@loomrlt.com within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Limited 2-Year Warranty

Loom RLT offers a limited 2-year warranty on our red light therapy panels. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If you experience an issue with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team at support@loomrlt.com. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
